MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua County Legislature is set to act on the sale of the Chautauqua County Home to Altitude Health Services during its next regular voting session on Jan. 23. Late this morning the Clerk of the Chautauqua County Legislature released the prefile resolutions for the voting session and included among them were:
- Three resolutions regarding the sale of the county home – Resolutions 29-13, 30-13 and 31-13 (found on pages 15 to 17, 65 and 66)
- A memo from County Executive Greg Edwards regarding the contract for the county home (pages 18 and 19)
- And the actual contract itself, which includes the terms and conditions for the sale of the County Home to Altitude Health Services at a cost of $16.5 Million (pages 20 to 64)
